soledad reyes

Hi, my name is Soledad, but you can call me Sole. I have been a Spanish teacher for more than 20 years, and the experience of being a Spanish teacher has been wonderful. I have learned many things throughout these years as a Spanish as a second language teacher, even  theEnglish I know, I learned with my students during my classes. I love watching movies and television series in English, and I think that has also helped me improve my English.

I love to talk, so my classes are part conversation and part grammar. I think the combination of these two things is important in learning a new language, especially if you are going to travel or if you use, in this case, Spanish in your daily life. I love my job, I love teaching Spanish, and I love that you as foreigners know, through me, a small part of how beautiful Guatemala is. I love learning, through you, a small part of your countries, traveling to beautiful places through your experiences.

I am a 41-year-old divorced woman. I live near Antigua. I have worked in Spanish schools where I have not found the support that I think a Spanish teacher should have, and in NETIST I found that support, that motivation to be an independent Spanish teacher. With my own resources and the support of the organization, I am growing professionally. Teaching Spanish is not just a job; it is a wonderful experience for me as a teacher and for you as students.

Learn Spanish. You won't regret it. My schedule is very flexible. We can schedule class when it is most convenient for you. With the support of the organization, we offer you a 30 minute, no obligation, trial class. Contact me and it will be a pleasure for me to help you learn Spanish, improve it and use it correctly.
