Any issues with payments for services rendered or not rendered are the sole responsibility of the teacher and/or the student. In no event will The Network of Independent Spanish Teachers, Inc nor its directors be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or Gofundme.com.  Generally speaking The Network of Independent Spanish Teachers, Inc. will not collect any your sensitive information other than e-mail addresses and information contained therein which you have voluntarily shared. All transactions for payment will occur between the student directly to the participating teaches using secure payment sites such as Xoom.com (a paypal product) or Remitley.com.   Wherever it collects sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted  in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. 

While The Network of Independent Spanish Teachers, Inc. uses encryption provided by GoDaddy.com web hosting services to protect sensitive information transmitted online, it also protects your information offline. Only participants who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which it stores personally-identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
